From the moment I stepped into this elegant hotel, I was captivated by the luxurious décor and exclusive amenities. The spa and wellness centre offered exceptional massages and treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff provided excellent service, tending to all my needs with a personal touch. I particularly enjoyed the private facilities, which added to the exclusivity of my stay.
Although my overall experience was fantastic, I did have a slight issue with the room's temperature control. It took me a little while to get the air conditioning to a comfortable level, but once adjusted, it was perfect.
